    Andrew (AP) is an investment banker with 25 years of experience at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura International. Specialising in risk management, equity trading, and derivatives with a focus on Delta 1 Long/Short, portfolio and bullet swaps, he is equipped with an advanced trading skillset. His career has taken him to major global markets, including London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Tokyo. Andrew honed in on his expertise through navigating significant financial crises such as the Asian Crisis, Subprime Crisis, and European Debt Crisis. Additionally, actively participating in EFG round table discussions on market strategies and risk assessments.

    Andrew (Cossa) brings 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive expertise in global finance and buy/sell trading. He has successfully led trading operations on the sell side, built and managed trading desks, and implemented Straight-Through Processing (STP) trading platforms with pair trading capabilities. His skill set also includes the design and implementation of in-house P&L and trade confirmation databases, ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting.

    The Kelvin and Zelleweger had been in the Johnson Family for over 100 years, with Tempestas Copper Inc acquiring the mine in November 2020.

    John’s previous long-term experiences include ownership and management of mining, agriculture, the service industry, retail, construction and land development in which entrepreneurial energies were put to effective use in profitable business activities. Demonstrated impressive administrative, planning/forecasting, sales/marketing/promotion, oral/written communication, team building/leading and bottom-line profit skills. John has vast experience in the industry as he actively participated in Mineral Field Ventures LLC, Global Mining Exploration Ventures LLC (GMEV), Precision Gold LLC, Land Investors Realty, Red Bird Hills LLC and others. John holds a B.S. Degree in Geography/Geology from Arizona State University.

  • Geological Professional Services LLC (Principal Geologist)

    Michael Smith is an experienced professional geologist with 45 years of experience. Registered Geologist (#35031) in the State of Arizona and Registered Member (Geology) of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration (#167376RM). He is considered to be a Qualified Person to conduct independent geological evaluations for the TSX. He has a B.S. (Geology) from Arizona State University and M.S. (Geology) from the University of Nevada – Reno (Mackay School of Mines).

    Sole owner of Geological Professional Services LLC, an Arizona company headquartered in Arizona. He has broad experience in exploration, development and mining, as well as presentation of complex mining programs to investors, financial institutions and governmental regulators. He has worked in the USA, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia (Founding President & CEO of Continental Gold), Mexico (Executive VP of Exploration of Monarca Minerals & QP). He has worked in small to large mining operations in Nevada and Arizona, as Chief Mine Geologist.

    Michael has organised and managed many aspects of mining, including geology, hydrology, ore characterisation, resource estimation, geotechnical stability, site planning mine, reclamation planning, environmental permitting, material (waste dump and tailings) characterisation for closure planning, and community relations.

  • Darling Geomatics (President & Founder)

    Richard Darling is a Registered Land Surveyor (RLS) in Arizona and also licensed in Nevada and South Dakota. Mr. Darling is an FAA Part 107 licensed UAV pilot and has over 40 years of diversified surveying experience. He performs UAV project flights, 3D laser scanning, ALTAs, property title searches, written legal descriptions, boundary surveys for subdivisions, patented mineral claims and Cadastral Surveys.

    Richard has extensive experience in the following: UAV Surveying and Mapping, 3D Laser Scanning, Aerial Control Surveys, Mineral Claim Staking, Utility Easement Preparation and Acquisition, Flood Plain Studies, Topographic Mapping, and Construction Surveys. Mr. Darling has also performed duties as Chief Surveyor for mining and mineral exploration companies. He has worked in almost all fifty states in the USA as well as Canada, Mexico and Turkey.

  • Darling Geomatics (M.S, J.D, CEO & Principal Owner)

    Mary Darling is the CEO and a founding principal owner. Holding a master’s degree in wildlife and fisheries biology and law degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific. Ms. Darling is an FAA Part 107 licensed UAV pilot as well as two term Past President of the Southern Arizona Post of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) and a former National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Board Member. She served as a member of the Sonoran Desert Habitat Conservation Steering Committee for Pima County and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Cactus Ferruginous Pygmy-Owl Recovery Team. Ms. Darling has performed numerous Section 7 Endangered Species Act consultations to assist private landowners with the permitting processes involved when a threatened or endangered species or critical habitat is present in areas proposed for development.

    She has authored and successfully completed a project specific Habitat Conservation Plan for the Mojave Desert Tortoise in Nye County Nevada, which resulted in the County obtaining an incidental take permit from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Experience includes 12 years with the U.S. Forest Service, during which she served two years as Appeals and Litigation Coordinator. Recently, Ms. Darling has been involved with litigation as a consultant to Cochise County, Arizona, Nye and Clark counties, Nevada; Custer County, Idaho; Amphitheater School District, and various other organizations dealing with the Endangered Species Act and Land Stewardship issues.

  • Trade In Motion (President & Founder)

    Gabriela Castro has extensive experience in business administration, commercial affairs, international trade, market analysis, research and development, focused on customer service. She specialises in supporting companies looking to expand into North America. With more than 20 years of experience developing new businesses and more than 13 years supporting the mining-metallurgical industry in Mexico, the United States of America and Canada. During the years working for the Canadian Embassy in Mexico, Gabriela supported Canadian companies to enter the Mexican market.

    She is a member of the Advisory Council of the Mining Search company and is the Executive Director of the Global Chamber Metropolis Querétaro, as well as the President of Women in Mining in the same city. She is also an international trade mentor for AZ Techcelerator, a business incubator focused on innovation technologies and entrepreneurship in Arizona.

  • Senior Geologist

    Abraham López is a Mexican geologist with over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration across Mexico and the U.S. He has led mapping, drilling, and modeling efforts for iron skarn, epithermal, IOCG, and porphyry Cu-Mo systems. Abraham has held senior roles with global companies in Mexico where he implemented digital mapping and geometallurgical modeling. Skilled in photogrammetry, Lidar, and LeapFrog, he combines technical depth with hands-on fieldwork. He also has strong experience in community relations and permitting.

  • Senior Geologist

    Jesús Moreno is a geoscience engineer with a master’s in geology and over 15 years of experience in mineral exploration and underground mining. He has led teams in copper, molybdenum, and polymetallic projects, specializing in structural interpretation, mapping, core logging, and drill program design. Jesús has held senior roles managing exploration logistics, QA/QC, ore control, and reporting. He also has experience in geomechanics, reserve estimation, and environmental compliance. With his proficient in GIS, Leapfrog, and geological software, he brings technical depth and leadership to complex projects.

  • Geologist / Geoscience Engineer

    Francisco Aburto is a geoscience engineer with 3 years of experience in mineral exploration, specializing in porphyry copper deposits. He has worked on geological logging, diamond drilling supervision, surface mapping, and sampling with tools like Niton and Terraspec. At ProDeMin. He contributed to geological surveys, geophysical line tracing, and cross-section preparation. Francisco also has experience in cartography from his work with INEGI. He holds certifications in geological logging and hydrothermal geochemistry and is proficient in basic GIS and geological software.

  • Geologist

    Julio Cañas is a geologist with a master’s in geosciences and land management and experience in structural geology, geohydrology, and exploration. He has coordinated drilling and sampling programs in volcanic lakes, supervised drilling rigs for copper exploration, and conducted geophysical and geological studies related to fault systems and water resources. Julio is skilled in ArcGIS, QGIS, geophysical data acquisition, and core logging. He has worked across Mexico and Europe and speaks Spanish and English. His interests include climbing, rugby, and high-performance fitness.

  • Geologist

    Luis Juárez is a geosciences engineer with experience in exploration geology, geotechnical logging, and drill supervision. He has worked on porphyry systems, conducting detailed core logging, surface mapping, sampling, and QA/QC monitoring. Luis is skilled in using geophysical and geochemical tools including Terraspec, Niton, KT10V2, and IMDEX-REFLEX equipment. He has prepared geological sections and performed density calculations, point load tests, and magnetic susceptibility analysis. His software proficiency includes Leapfrog, ArcGIS, IO-Gas, LogChief, and Imago.

    Rosaura Ocampo is a geologist with experience in database management, geological and numerical modeling, and mineralogical analysis. She has worked on exploration projects involving the generation of 3D models, cross-sections, and geoscientific reports. Rosaura is proficient in Leapfrog, Target, ArcGIS, QGIS, and tools such as Terraspec, Niton, and KT-10. Her background includes hydrothermal alteration studies, petrographic analysis, and X-ray diffraction. She is known for her meticulous work style, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively in technical teams.

  • Geologist

    Fidel Gómez is a Mexican geologist specializing in structural geology, geological mapping, and hydrothermal systems. He has over 10 years of experience in geothermal and mineral exploration, with a focus on fault-fracture systems and porphyry copper deposits. He worked as a senior structural geologist at a Canadian company with investment in Mexico, he integrated mapping and 3D modeling in a project located in Sinaloa, Mexico. Fidel has collaborated on major academic and industrial research projects and published in international journals. He holds an MSc in Earth Sciences from UMSNH and is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists.
